Return Policy
At Leto Race Werks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a product, we offer a return policy for certain items, subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read the full policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame for Returns: Products eligible for return must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition of Items: All returned products must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. Products should be in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: To process a return, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-Made Products: Any products that are made to order or personalized specifically for the customer (e.g., custom tuning files, engraved parts, or tailored modifications) are non-returnable.
- Non-Returnable Products: Certain products, such as clearance items, gift cards, or perishable goods, are excluded from the return policy. These will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
3. Final Sale Items
- Tune Sales: All sales of tuning services, software, or custom tuning files are final and non-refundable. Once a tune or tuning service is delivered or performed, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Return Process
If you meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above, you can begin the return process by following these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Service team at mletojr@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number, a description of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required to process the return.

Package the Return: After receiving your Return Authorization Number, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. Leto Race Werks is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds

Refund Method: Once your return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price will be applied to returned items that are not defective. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
- Inspection: All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the return criteria (new, unused condition).
- Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional charge or provide a full refund, based on your preference.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy (e.g., if the item has been used, altered, or is returned past the 90-day window).
