BMW E46 MS43 Full Bolt-On Calibration

Optimize your BMW's naturally aspirated performance with a custom LRW calibration for the Siemens MS43 ECU. Designed for M54-powered vehicles equipped with full bolt-on modifications, this calibration focuses on improving throttle response, power delivery, and overall drivability while taking full advantage of your engine's modifications.

Supported Applications:

• BMW E46 325i / 330i / 325Ci / 330Ci
• BMW E39 525i / 530i
• Other compatible M5X vehicles equipped with a Siemens MS43 engine management.

• Larger throttle bodies.

• VANOS optimization.
• Throttle response adjustments.
• MAF calibration as required.
• RPM limiter adjustments where appropriate.
• Datalog review and calibration refinement.
• Two tuning revisions included.

Tuning Requirements:

Remote tuning requires a compatible MS43 flashing interface and the ability to read, write, and datalog the ECU. Customers must provide their current ECU file, complete modification list, and intended fuel octane.

Additional Information:

This calibration is intended for naturally aspirated applications only. Turbocharged, supercharged, and extensively modified engine combinations require a separate custom tuning service.

Power gains will vary depending on engine condition, installed modifications, and fuel quality. All vehicles must be mechanically sound before tuning begins.
